Day 1 - Keflavik

Welcome to Iceland!

On arrival at Keflavic Airport, you will be collected and transferred into Reykjavik.

Upon arrival feel free to explore the city or rest up for the weeks upcoming activities. Tonight we’ll enjoy a group dinner in one of our favourite restaurants in Reykjavik.

Day 2 - Reykjavik – Hella

We’ll kick off our Iceland adventure with a relaxed city tour of Reykjavik, taking in highlights like the charming old harbour, the lively city centre, and the iconic Hallgrimskirkja Church.

From there, we’ll head out to Þingvellir National Park—an incredible spot where history and nature collide. It’s not only the site of Iceland’s first parliament, but also a place where you can literally see the tectonic plates pulling apart.

Next up: the Geysir geothermal area, where bubbling hot springs and spouting geysers put on a show. We’ll then visit Gullfoss, the stunning “Golden Waterfall,” where, if we’re lucky and the sun’s out, a rainbow might appear in the mist.

After an exciting day, we’ll make our way to our first overnight stay and get settled in for the night.

Meals: Breakfast and Dinner

Day 3 - Hella – Glacial Lagoon

We’ll kick start the day driving through the beautiful scenery of Iceland’s South Shore and chase some waterfalls at Seljalandsfoss and Skogafoss, stroll along the stunning black sand beach, and take in the views of Reynisdrangar rocks.

We’ll continue the adventure, driving to the village of Vik to end up at the Glacier Lagoon for a stunning boat ride between the Icebergs.

We spend the night at Guesthouse Gerdi, a few KM away from the famous Jökulsarlón Glacier Lagoon and walking distance from the coast.

Meals: Breakfast and Dinner

Day 4 - Glacial Lagoon – Hella

Today is all about adventure and jaw-dropping scenery. We’ll start with a visit to the beautiful Fjallsárlón Glacier Lagoon, a quieter gem where icebergs drift peacefully across the water.

From there, we’ll explore the trails and dramatic landscapes of Skaftafell National Park, followed by a stop at the stunning Fjaðrárgljúfur canyon—a winding, moss-covered gorge that looks straight out of a fantasy film. In the afternoon, we’ll lace up for an unforgettable glacier hike on Sólheimajökull, where we’ll walk across ancient ice and take in views you won’t soon forget.

After a full day of exploration, we’ll head to our overnight stay to rest and recharge.

Meals: Breakfast and Dinner

Day 5 - Hella – Reykjanes Peninsula – Reykjavik

Today we are heading for a cool adventure to the Reykjanes peninsula, where the mid Atlantic ridge rises from the ocean. More than half of the peninsula is covered with lava flows, some of which are only a few hundred years old.

We start by visiting boiling mud pool ́s and hot springs. Then we drive through the village of Grindavik and to the famous Blue Lagoon for a relaxing bath before heading back to the hotel in Reykjavik.

We’ll stay the night at Hotel Klettur and finish the day with a group dinner.
